3 Ply Medical Mask Electrostatic Layer R

A 3 Layer mask is intended to be worn to help catch microorganisms shed in liquid droplets and aerosols from the wearer's mouth and nose.

 

Our special masks offered are made from PP and other nonwoven material and should be discarded after each use. The design of these masks are three-ply (three layers). This three-ply material is made up from an electrostatic ion meltblown web/material placed between two nonwoven PP (spunbond) fabrics. The meltblown ion charged web is the filter that helps stops pathogens from entering or exiting the mask. â€‹â€‹

Our Disposable 3 LAYER face mask made of nonwoven consisting of three layers:

  • 1st - Outer layer is made of a droplet resistant PP spunbond fabric

  • 2nd - Inner (middle) filter layer is made of an Electrostatic Ion Charged Meltblown filter/web used to help trap pathogens.

  • 3rd - The layer that is closets to your face is made of a soft PP spunbond fabric.

  • Ultrasonically Sealed with PVC coated nose clip

  • Loop Ear: Yes

  • Breathable: Yes

  • Fluid Repellent: Yes

  • Bacteria filtration efficiency percentage rated (BFE)%
